All of our holiday properties are located along Wetton Road in Butterton, within the stunning Staffordshire Moorlands on the edge of the Peak District — the perfect setting for a peaceful countryside escape.

Our two charming holiday cottages, Fenns Barn and Foggs' Barn, sit opposite each other within our traditional farmyard. These cottages can be booked individually or together, making them ideal for family gatherings and group holidays in the Peak District. When booked as a pair, up to 14 guests can dine together in Foggs’ Barn around the large farmhouse table — perfect for relaxed meals and special celebrations.

Fenns and Foggs' Barns each have a private wood fired hot tub (additional cost), ideal after a day exploring the Peak District.

Further along Wetton Road towards the beautiful Manifold Valley, you’ll find Wills Bunk Barn and Waterslacks Camping Barn. Each enjoys its own private space surrounded by peaceful countryside, offering guests a true self-catering retreat in the Peak District with plenty of room to relax and unwind.

To help keep certain cottages suitable for allergy-sensitive guests, pets are not permitted at Fenns Barn, Foggs’ Barn, or Wills Bunk Barn. However, Waterslacks Camping Barn is dog-friendly, and we’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets there by prior arrangement at the time of booking.
