Fenns Barn is set within our traditional farmyard. The pretty conservation village of Butterton is a short walk and the barn is located close to the Manifold Valley, a quiet and beautiful area of the Peak District National Park. This charming stone barn has been converted from an Eighteenth Century cattle barn into a comfortable and characterful, holiday home that is well equipped for modern living (washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, two ovens, coffee peculator, etc.). Exposed beams and stonework add charm to the interior. The natural stone-flag floors on the ground level are heated. This cottage can comfortably sleep 6(+1); the beds can be made up as three super kings-size double beds or six single beds (there is an additional folding bed for a seventh guest). There are two bedrooms and a family bathroom upstairs; downstairs has a double bedroom, a shower room (5cm step up into shower tray), a dining room, a living room, and a kitchen. Outside, there is a seating area and lawn, which includes a children's playhouse. There is amble space for parking cars. Wood fired hot tubs are an additional cost and this must be arranged on booking. Sorry no pets.
