Fenns Barn is beautifully set within our traditional farmyard, just a short stroll from the pretty conservation village of Butterton and close to the peaceful Manifold Valley — one of the most unspoilt and scenic areas of the Peak District National Park.

Lovingly converted from an eighteenth-century cattle barn, this charming stone holiday cottage in the Peak District blends original character with everything needed for comfortable modern living.

Inside, exposed beams and natural stonework reflect the barn’s heritage, while underfloor heating beneath the ground-floor stone flags keeps the cottage warm and cosy throughout the year.

The cottage comfortably sleeps six guests, with space for a seventh using an additional folding bed.
Flexible bed arrangements allow the bedrooms to be prepared as three super-king doubles or six single beds, making the barn ideal for families, friends, or small group holidays in the Peak District.

For larger gatherings, Fenns Barn and Foggs’ Barn can be booked together to sleep up to fourteen guests, with the large dining table at Foggs' creating the perfect setting for shared meals and celebrations.
